小茵老师是汇鑫教育联合创始人兼首席执行官，拥有丰富的中美高等教育教学与管理经验，长期致力于学生发展、学术支持以及跨文化交流。她曾在中美多所高校的学生事务与发展部门工作，策划并执行多项文化交流及学术研讨项目。她具有跨文化背景与国际视野，擅长为不同背景的学生量身定制发展路径。她也曾在私立机构服务中国赴美高中生，对留学生及其家庭的挑战有着深切理解，能够提供贴心、务实的指导与支持。目前她同时担任中央华盛顿大学学术发展协调员，持续推动学生学术与个人成长。

Xiaoyin Zhong, co-founder and CEO of Huixin Education, is an extensively experienced higher education professional, student engagement expert, and active community volunteer. She blends academic expertise with practical leadership to empower students on their path to success. As a transformational leader, she brings deep cross-cultural understanding, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build impactful national and international partnerships. Her track record in program development and student services demonstrates her commitment to helping students reach their full potential. In addition to her leadership at Huixin, she currently serves as the Academic Success Coordinator at Central Washington University.

Li Wenqian, co-founder of Huixin Education, is a distinguished leader in student development and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. With over ten years of international study and living experience, she specializes in U.S. high school, undergraduate, and graduate admissions consulting. She is highly skilled in identifying and nurturing students’ unique strengths, and has successfully guided many diverse students in transferring to their dream universities.

梁谭健博士是美国中央华盛顿大学终身教授，长期从事体育师范教育及课程教学研究工作。他曾在美国芬德雷大学获得课程与教学硕士学位，并于北科罗拉多大学获得体育师范教育博士学位。早年毕业于华东师范大学，曾荣获上海市大学生田径十项全能冠军，并在全国大学生田径比赛中荣获第八名。

他在中小学师资培养、课程评估和教育质量保障方面经验丰富，曾担任多个国际及国家级教育组织的评审专家，包括美国教育认证委员会（CAEP）、华盛顿州师范标准制定委员会、国际启发能教育协会等。他也是《国际教育与实践》期刊副主编。

梁博士曾获多个重要奖项，如“最佳博士论文奖”“杰出学术成就奖”和“杰出教授奖”，其学术成果广泛应用于教育改革与实践。他长期致力于推动教育公平与质量提升，是教育领域备受尊敬的专家。

Dr. Tanjian Liang is a tenured professor and senior faculty member at Central Washington University, with a strong academic background in K–12 curriculum, teacher education, and physical education. He earned his doctorate from the University of Northern Colorado and holds a master’s from the University of Findlay in Ohio. Before coming to the U.S., he received his bachelor’s degree from East China Normal University and was a Decathlon Champion in the Shanghai University Track and Field Meet.

Dr. Liang is an influential figure in teacher training and education quality standards. His service includes leadership and advisory roles in national and international organizations such as CAEP (Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation), SHAPE America, and the International Alliance for Invitational Education. He has received numerous awards including Best Dissertation and Outstanding Scholarly Achievement. His dedication to education continues to impact future educators, both in the U.S. and abroad.
